What are Prospect Place's opening hours?

Prospect Place is open from 09:00 - 20:00 on Monday to Friday. On Saturday opening hours are 09:00 - 18:30 and on Sunday they are 10.30 - 16:30.

We have 669 spaces available, and parking is free for up to 2 hours. The car park is open to accommodate store opening times.

Prospect Place Retail Park is also a holder of the Park Mark Safer Parking Award.  This is an award given by the Police to car parks achieving the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, which is designed to reduce crime in car parks.

The centre is easily accessible by car, bus and train.

To get to  Prospect Place Retail Park by car either enter the postcodeᅠDA1 1DY into your SatNav or follow the directions under the Getting Here tab at the top of this page. If taking public transport, Dartford train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and there are a variety of bus routes passing through the centre of the borough which will facilitate your journey to and from the retail park. Toilets can be found within the retail park restaurants, although these are normally reserved for paying customers.  There is also a customer toilet in the Asda Living store, while Costa has a disabled toilet facility.

What should I do if I think I've lost something on site?

Contact the retailer where you think you lost the item in the first instance. If for any reason this is not satisfactory staff at the retailer will be able to advise you who to contact.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout Prospect Place but all other pooches are restricted to the outdoors. Please bear this in mind if planning a long visit.

  • Car

    From the M25/A282, take Exit 1 onto Bob Dunn Way westbound and continue for 1.5 miles until the 3rd roundabout, where you should take 1st left onto the A2026. Continue for 800m, turning (5th) left onto Priory Road, and continue 'til the T-junction with Highfield Road North. Here turn left onto Westgate Road and Prospect Place will be clearly visible on your left. Please use destination code DA1 1DY for your sat nav or route finder system.

    Prospect Place is found just two minutes walk to the west of Dartford Train Station, which is served by regular services from London Charing Cross and London Victoria. For details of journeys to and from Dartford Train Station please visit National Rail Enquiries' website.

  • Bus

    For customers who live in Dartford and its environs, any bus passing through the centre of the borough will be handy for Prospect Place, just off Westgate Road. For specific route information see the website of Traveline South East.
